Why can’t I add a certain page in the experience Editor

You may notice that a certain page in your Kiosk Experience Editor is not available when you go to add it for the first time. This can be especially true if you are attempting to add a feature that was recently added to the platform. This knowledge article discusses common causes and solutions if you ever encounter a missing page.


Experience Out of Date

Most newly added pages require you to update your experience in order to see it. There are two ways that you can utilize the newest experience version in your account:

  • Create a new experience by clicking the Create Experience button on the top-right of your experiences page.

  • Click the Upgrade Experience button next to an existing an existing experience by clicking the Copy Experience icon to the right of your experience. A new version of your template will then appear in your experiences list where you can see the newest available changes.

NOTE: You cannot upgrade an Experience that is actively being used in a location. In this case, click the Clone Experience button first, then click Upgrade Experience for your new version. Make sure you remember to switch over to your new experience in the locations page once you’re done. If you are unsure how to do so, click HERE to learn more about locations.

In some cases, you will also need to update your iPad app to run the latest experience version.

Account Specific Features

Some experience pages must be switched on in your account by a Customer Success team member before you can use them. This applies to our more advanced features that will only apply to specific use-cases.

Integration Reliance

Specific pages require you to integrate them within your web portal before they appear as options. This includes:

  • Salesforce

  • DocuSign
