Solution:
There can be many reason why the floormap isnt showing. Here is a provided list of what could be wrong so you can eliminate the possibilities if none of these instance match.
Check if you attached the floormap to the office chart
Zoom in on the floormap, maybe it is too big that it zoomed out
Maybe the preferred view has changed
Check if you attached the floormap to the office chart?
Steps to Solve:
Click on "My Profile"
Click on "Go to administration"
Click on "Office Chart"
4. Navigate to the level you want to attach the floormap to.
5. Under details is a section where you attach the floormap. Make sure you attach the right floormap.
6. Remember to Save!
7. Check for the other levels and make sure they all have the right attached floormaps and remember to save whenever you make a change.
Zoom in on the floormap, maybe it is too big that it zoomed out
On the front page click the + icon to zoom in and see if the floormap is there.

Click on "My Profile"
Click on "Settings"
3. Navigate to the preferred view you want to see on your home page and click to save to lock the view.
