(v2) How to install/remove the O365 Pronestor add-in per user

This guide explains step by step how to successfully install/remove our add-in for O365 per user.

Requirements for add-in installation

To complete this guide you need:

  • Microsoft Outlook for Office 365 or Microsoft Outlook Web for Office 365

  • SSO setup with your Cloud solution

  • Manifest file from your administrator

  • Planner with Full Exchange Integration

  • Our Microsoft Outlook Office 365 Pronestor add-in is not compatible with our VSTO add-in, remember to uninstall it before installing your Outlook Office 365 Pronestor add-ins

Install add-ins with a manifest file

  1. Make sure your administrator has provided you with the Manifest file.

  2. Save the Manifest File.

  3. Login to Outlook on the browser.

  4. Click here and it will redirect you to an Add-ins for Outlook popup window.

  1. Steps to find Custom Add-ins:

  2. Click on My Add-ins

  3. Scroll down to Custom Add-ins

  1. To add a custom add-in, follow these steps:

  2. Click on Add a custom add-in and choose Add from the file

Follow these steps:

  1. Select your Manifest file and press open.

  2. Click Install in the popup window and wait for the installation to be done.

Installation Complete

Now you're all done and have now successfully installed a custom add-in and are now ready for use.

Removing Installed Add-ins

  1. Click here to open the Add-ins for Outlook popup window.

  2. Click on My add-ins

  3. Scroll down to Custom add-ins

Removing an add-in

  1. Click on the Manage add-in icon

  2. Press Remove

Now you're all done and have successfully removed a custom add-in.
