Setting a Location Max Capacity
A max location capacity can be set for each individual location. This means that each setting is configured directly within the SETUP tab of each location you’d like to edit. To get there:
1. Click on the Locations Tab then the location you’d like to edit.
2. In the SETUP tab, scroll down to the Location Capacity limit.
3. Type in your max capacity number.
4. Optionally, enter a Notification Recipient Email, to alert individuals when capacity has been reached.
5. Click Save in the bottom-right corner.
NOTE: The max capacity takes both current sign-ins and expected invitees into account.

Tracking your location Capacity
Now that your max capacity is set, you can track your guests against that limit in our mobile app. If you do not already have the app, you can grab it from your mobile device's app store by searching for Traction Guest Mobile. To learn more about the mobile app, click HERE.
Once you’re in the app, tap on the Capacity tab near the bottom of the screen. Then, tab the location name near the top of the screen and select your location if it’s not already selected.
You will then see that location’s capacity data for the day. It is separated into two segments. The top portion shows:
People currently signed-in to that location.
Amount of people overcapacity.
Expected visitors in 1 hour (This is based off the start times in your existing invite records).
Maximum capacity of your location (This is the number you’ve set in your location).
The bottom section shows a People Count graph separated into individual hours. This data shows:
Guests currently signed-in
Expected Guests (Based off existing invite records)
Combined number of on-site and expected guests that bring your location overcapacity
Mobile sign-in/invite capacity messaging
In addition to capacity tracking, the mobile app can also let you know if you are creating an invite or sign-in for a location that is reaching or past capacity. This is a mobile app only feature.
