Guest Email Notifications
At the bottom of the About You page is a picklist to select which Guest email template you wish to send to the visitor. The default Guest Email Template displays a "Thank you for signing in message" in the email back to your guest. If you do not wish to send the visitor an email, leave the picklist blank.

If you want more customization in how to ask these questions, you can always replace an About You page with a Form Page. Learn how to do this HERE.
