How do I use the form page to ask guests for their contact details?

The Form page is a great way to ask your visitors custom questions when they sign-in. Learn more about using the Form page HERE.

It also has the ability to replace the "About You" page if you want to customize how to ask guests for their contact information such as email, first and last name, company, and phone number.

You can use the form page to accomplish this by naming the questions in a way that allows the Kiosk App to recognize and then map that information to a guest's record. In the 'Name' field on the form page, the names need to be entered exactly as follows (this is case sensitive):

  • email

  • firstname

  • lastname

  • company

  • mobilePhone

Using the E-mail field type

Name your field email and select Email as the field type. This will then enable the Auto Complete function, which will provide suggestions and auto complete email addresses when typed in by repeat visitors (same as the About You page). Email addresses will also be checked to make sure they're entered in a real email format. For repeat visitors, the email field will allow you to auto fill other fields from their previous visit as well.




You can enter anything in the Description/Question and Placeholder fields to customize the questions to your liking:
