Trouble Logging In
If you find you cannot log in, please make sure in the first instance you are using the correct portal.
The application by default is located here: https://app.scrtracker.com/
If you are part of a Federation using Single-Sign-On, you may have your own unique URL. Please speak to your Administrator to confirm what this is.
Resetting your Password
If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reset from the login page by clicking Reset Password:
You will be asked to enter your email address and we will send a password reset link email to you.
You should receive this email with a couple of minutes, if it does not arrive please check your spam folder and also make sure that you have entered the correct email into the box in the previous step.
If you still don't receive the email then you can contact us for further support.
Once you receive the email, click the button in the email to be taken to a page to set a new password. You should now be able to log in with your new details.
Changing your Email Address
If you need to change your email address, please submit a request to [email protected] from your existing account.
Please Note: This request must come from your existing user account email. If this is no longer available, we can accept the request from a system administrator.
If your Organisation/Federation is changing email domain, please email a list of existing users that require the change to [email protected] along with confirmation of the domain change.
