To reset a lost or forgotten password, all you have to do is click on ‘Forgot Password?’ on the login screen at app.threatswitch.com.

Click the Forgot Password Button near the bottom of the screen.
Enter your email address if prompted. Otherwise, you will automatically be emailed a confirmation code.
Copy the code into the submission window, then click Submit Code.
Enter your new password that follows this criteria:
Longer than 8 characters
Unique to Compliance
Hard for a stranger to guess
That's it! You're all done and can proceed with login utilizing your new password!
