Factory reset - must ALWAYS be done

A factory reset is essential. When you unbox the tablet, it hasn't had a factory reset. Most of the bugs we get are because the device hasn't had a factory reset. Save yourself a lot of trouble and get it done while you are setting it up.

Factory reset will delete all files on the device. So please remember to backup anything you need to save first.
