To create a new equipment resource, follow these steps:
Go to the right category
Click New resource
When creating a resource, consider the following options on the Basic tab:
Enter the name of the resource in the correct category
Add a description visible to users
Specify capacity if applicable, such as for a car available for bookings
!! Most of the settings for equipment is comparable to those that you can set for a room. Please refer to the "Create rooms" for description of the settings.
Picked up at
Picked up is used to inform the user where the resource can be picked up. The Administrator must create these options in the tab Organization if they are to be used.
Allow pickup and Is deliverable are usually both activated unless it isn’t suitable for this equipment.
Restrict delivery can be used if the resource isn’t available in all rooms, but only for some rooms. Use this to restrict the delivery to these specific rooms.
