FAQ

  • “Can I create multiple printer agents?”

It is possible to have more than one print agent on a machine.

Never copy an existing print agent, and never rename the folder containing an existing print agent.

To have more than one print agent on a machine, you need to download a separate folder from the Planner site for each print agent you need to install.

You cannot re-use the same visitor agent for multiple services.

They require different names. If you name them before you configure them, you can name them anything. For example, you can have a folder called “Print agent London” and a folder called “Print agent Copenhagen” to keep track of which agent you use where.

You can also just call them “Visitoragent1” and “Visitoragent2”.

  • “Can SIW provide printers for the visitor print service?

No, SIW do not deliver printers. The customer is responsible to provide for printers.
