How do I use the Locations CSV Export Feature?

The Locations CSV Export feature allows you to download a CSV spreadsheet containing basic setup and device count information for all of your locations. It is found within the Locations section of your account.

How to Download Your Locations CSV

Click on the Locations icon in your account. Then, click the Export button in the top-right corner.

Select the recipient of the CSV from the list of existing users in your account. Then, click Export.


This user will receive an email containing the download link.

Accessing Your Locations CSV


After receiving the email, click the Download Exported Data button to download the CSV onto your device.

The link to download the CSV expires in 60 minutes as a security precaution.

List of Location Data Points

After clicking the download link, the user can access a spreadsheet containing these columns:

  • Location Name

  • Location Owner

  • Device Count

  • Time Zone

  • Address

  • Contact Information

  • External ID

  • Kiosk Experience Name

  • Kiosk Theme Name

  • Registration Experience Name

  • Registration Theme Name

  • Badge Template

  • Location Capacity

  • In & Out Privileges setting status (More info on this setting can be found HERE)

  • Created By user

  • Last modified date/time

  • Send Notification Immediately setting status (This shows whether a location is configured to immediately send invite emails after an invite has been created)
