The Thank You Page within the Dynamic Registration Portal allows you to send custom email notifications to registrants, hosts, and/or specified email recipients as soon as a visitor completes their registration on a browser.
Because the Thanks Page occurs at the very end of the registration experience, this allows you to choose which sign-in paths will trigger a notification or what kinds of email templates are sent at the end of each specific path.
Additionally, each Thanks Page allows you send different email templates to certain individuals at the end of a single sign-in path. For example, you can send your visitors one email template and your hosts a completely different template all from the same sign-in flow in your experience.
This is especially powerful with the Branch or Route Page, as each branch created always ends with its own Thank You Page.

Adding Notifications
Click on the Edit button under the Thanks Page you’d like to edit. From there, you’ll see a few settings under the Notifications section:
Send to: Choose if an email is sent to the registrant, host, and/or designated email address(es). If adding more than one designated email address, they can be separated by a comma.
Email Template: Choose the email template sent to these recipients. This will pull from the list of existing email templates in your Traction Guest account. To learn more about email templates, click HERE.
Add Notification: Choose to send a different email template to other recipients. For example, if you’d like to send one type of email template to your hosts and another type of email template to your building manager, you can do so by adding a new notification and designating new recipients within.
Every Branch or Route Page ends in a unique Thank You Page, so make sure that you’re adding the correct notifications for each path.
