How can my guests view a summary of their sign in details, sign out, and re-print their badge (Summary Page)?

Think of the Summary Page as a complete guest profile. See a unified view of their sign-in info and refer back to their basic contact details with a simple email lookup. Users can also update personal information, sign-in or out and print badges from this page.

The Summary Page can be used for a number of different use-cases, such as:

  • Allowing a guest to view their sign-in details before completing a sign-in.

  • Mirror the About You Page by asking visitors for their basic contact information.

  • Allowing a guest to self sign-out on the iPad via email or full name.

  • Allowing a guest to print a new badge without creating a new sign-in record.

The Summary Page can be added like any other page in the Experience Editor. Simply look for the Summary Page in the menu and click Add.

Due to its versatility, it can be added in various spots in your kiosk experience:

  • At the end of a sign-in flow to provide a summary of a visitor's sign-in details.

  • At the beginning of a sign-in flow to capture basic contact details, replacing the About You Page.

  • Stemming off the secondary path of the Welcome Page to give visitors an alternate path to Sign-Out or print a new badge.

When signing-in, the summary page will ask for an email address if one has not already been captured in the sign-in flow.

Then, your visitor will see a summary of all sign-in details captured within the sign-in flow. Depending on you settings, they can edit their basic contact details, host, and photo from this page. As well, they can choose between SIGN IN, SIGN OUT, and PRINT BADGE options if you have chosen to display them.

NOTE: If you chose to display a SIGN IN button, we recommend turning the SIGN OUT and PRINT BADGE buttons off to avoid confusion.

Summary Page Options

Autocomplete Email

If the guest has not entered their email when they reach the Summary Page, it will open an additional window prompting them to enter their email. If the Autocomplete email box is checked and the visitor has signed in before, it will suggest their email after the first four characters have been entered.

Include Hosts In Autocomplete

This allows an existing host to begin typing-in their email address which will then auto-fill on the iPad. This speeds up the sign-in process for employees as it frees them from relying on a pre-existing invite to auto-fill their details.

Allow guest edit

By default, a guest may view their information from the About You Page in the Summary Page. By enabling Allow guest edit, the guest may also alter this information directly from the Summary Page.

Allow host edit
By default, a guest may see which host(s) they have selected. By enabling Allow host edit, the guest may also change their host or add additional hosts

Display sign in/sign out buttons
Depending on how you wish the guest to end their experience, you can enable a sign in and/or a sign out button. If both are selected, the guest may choose whether they are signing in or out. If neither are selected, a “Next” button will be there instead.

Display print badge button
The Thank You Page allows you to choose a setting to automatically print a badge for the guest. If you wish to give the guest the choice of whether or not to print a badge, you may allow them to print one manually with the Display print badge button setting on the Summary Page.

Collect Mobile Phone
If selected, the Collect Mobile Phone setting will create a box in the Summary Page for the user to enter their cell phone number. If the guest has previously entered their number, it will be auto-filled here.

Mobile Phone Required
If selected, a mobile phone number must be entered before continuing.

Company Required
If selected, a company name must be entered before continuing

Host Group
This setting allows for the ability to limit which hosts the guest is able to select

Hide hosts from display
If selected, the hosts will not be listed, instead the guest would need to type out their host’s name.

Add Host Notification
Adding a host notification allows for the selected host(s) to be notified by either email, SMS text message, or through Slack. Each notification can have a custom message with the ability to add tokens to give the host pertinent information about their guest.
