Whenever a visitor triggers a watchlist hit, you can also setup a rule to email someone (or a distribution group of multiple people) when a guest signs in. Each watchlist color can have its own notification, allowing you to alert different people or groups depending on the type of hit.
These notifications are set up under each location, meaning each location has its own set of watchlist alert recipients.

To set up a location's watchlist alerts:
Click the Locations icon in the left navigation bar. Select the Location you'd like to edit.
Click the Preferences button near the top-right corner.
Select Alerts and Approvals
4. Click Add Recipient (or edit next to an existing email address).
5. Enter the recipient's email address and select the watchlist colors that will trigger an alert.
You can view and edit the watchlist alerts at any time from the Alerts & Approvals window.
Once saved, the email will receive color coded emails whenever a watchlisted guest signs-in or is invited to that location.
