Enterprise has the ability to take a photo, or multiple photos, when your guest signs in. This can be a photo of their face, or anything else you'd like - ID, parcel, passport, safety equipment, and more.
There are two options for adding a picture page to your experience which will ask your guest for a photo: The Picture Page and the the Picture Countdown Page. The knowledge article will cover both pages.

Picture Page
Whether your company has strict security policies or you want to put a face to a name, the Picture Page allows you to take a photograph of the guest as part of the sign-in experience. The Picture Page can also be used to verify additional on-site requirements (i.e. hard hat or work boots).
Simply choose the Picture Page from the experience editor's page menu when adding it to your sign-in flow. To learn more about using the Experience Editor, click HERE.
Title
The description of what you would like the guest to take a photo of. If you require a photo of an ID or the guest wearing their hard hat, you would enter that here.
Open Camera Immediately: If you only require a photo of your guest, you can select to open the camera immediately, which will reduce one extra click and just display the camera preview.
Allow Guests to Decline: Sometimes guests do not like having their photo taken. If a guest photo is optional, you can allow them to decline the picture
Skip if Previously Taken: If you wish a returning guest to not have to re-take that specific photo.
Use Other Camera: Enabling this defaults the back facing camera to open instead of the forward one. Ideal for when taking photos of ID.
Hide From Preview: Hides the picture from appearing as the main profile picture in the visitor's guestbook entry. Instead, this appears in the guestbook as a clickable link and can be downloaded.
Picture Countdown Page
The Picture Countdown page will automatically take a picture after a countdown is complete. This gives your visitors time to fix their hair and smile before the snap is captured without the need for them to push any buttons.
