By default, all of your visitors' signed documents will automatically be stored as a downloadable link in their guestbook records. As well, if you are using our DocuSign integration, they will be stored in the documents section of your DocuSign account.

Additionally, we offer a Google Drive integration which allows you to automatically place PDFs, signed on a Kiosk, into a Google Drive Folder of your choosing.

To integrate with Google Drive, click the Integrations tab in the left navigation bar. Select the Document Signing section and click Install under the Google Drive tile.

Log into your chosen Google Drive account and click Allow when prompted.

Note: If you encounter an error message indicating "This app is blocked", ensure that you've enabled API access in Google Workspaces through API controls > App Access Control.

Editing the GuestSign/DocuSign Page

The next step is to add the integration to a GuestSign or DocuSign Page in your Experience Editor. If you are not already familiar with how to add a document into your account and Kiosk Sign-in flow, check out these articles below:

Note: Ensure you have a Google Drive folder created in your Google account. Take note of the name as this needs to be entered into Sign In Enterprise.

After you've added a GuestSign/DocuSign page into your Kiosk Experience, click the Add Storage button at the bottom, followed by Google Drive. Then, enter the name of your folder exactly as it is written within Google Drive. Otherwise, the documents will flow into the general section of your GDrive account.

You can also choose the Document Name Format and Date Format which will be used to name each individual document when they appear in your Drive.
