If you use DocuSign as your primary signature platform, we can integrate your templates into your Kiosk Experience workflows. For more information on DocuSign, check out their website at https://www.docusign.com/products/electronic-signature/resources.

Additionally, we have created a proprietary solution, called GuestSign, that can be used to similar effect. Learn more about GuestSign HERE.

Installing the DocuSign Integration

To connect your DocuSign account, click on the Integrations tab in the left-navigation bar. Then click the DocuSign tile.

We highly recommend that you use a company DocuSign account rather than an employee's personal account. This will prevent future issues in the event that the account holder is no longer with your company.

When connecting your account, you will be prompted to sign into your DocuSign account.

Once signed in, you'll land on the page shown below. Results may vary depending on the features available in your DocuSign version.

DocuSign has increased their security and now requires semi-regular re-connection between DocuSign and Sign In Enterprise. This happens periodically and at random intervals. It is recommended that you create a monthly task to reconnect your DocuSign account and to ensure that all of your visitors are being presented with the necessary documents to sign.

To do this, follow the steps of your initial integration. This will reconnect your account and renew your access token.

Creating DocuSign Templates

You’ll need to setup a new template for each document you’d like to use in Sign In Enterprise.

Click the Create -> Template button to start the process.

Give your template a name. This will be displayed in your Sign In Enterprise experience editor.

Browse to and upload your PDF to DocuSign.

Then, add any name as a Recipient Role and click Add Signer. This exact Recipient Role name will need to be added into the Sign In Enterprise Kiosk Experience, so take note of what you've entered here. Click Next when finished.

The previous DocuSign integration required entering "Drava" as the Recipient Role. This is no longer required, but can still be used.

On the next page, drag the Signature, Full Name, and Date Signed fields on to the document where you’d like them to be visible. These fields will be filled in based on the time of sign in and the information your guest enters during the process.

If you’d like to show your guest’s company name on the document, you can create a custom field called DravaCompany and drag it on to the document.

Then, click Save to finish setting up your document. Repeat this process for other documents if necessary.

Adding Your Template into a Kiosk Experience

Now that you have a DocuSign template ready for signature, it's time to add it into your Kiosk Experience flow.

If you're not already familiar with Kiosk Experiences, you can learn more about them HERE.

1. Open the editor for the Kiosk Experience you'd like to add the document to.

2. Click the green line in the specific area of the flow where you'd like your visitor to sign your document.

2. Scroll down the left-menu bar and click the DocuSign Page. Click ADD in the bottom right-corner.

Select the name of your Document from the Template ID dropdown. Under Role Name, enter the recipient role name you added to the DocuSign template upon creation.

Additionally, you can also select optional settings such as Skip if previously signed, Mandatory Signing, or a Document Expiry Duration which controls how often a visitor needs to sign the same document.

Remember to save your experience and assign it to a location when you're done.

After a visitor has signed a document through this integration, you can view and download the signed PDF directly from the Guestbook:
