The Parking Lots feature allows you to create numbered or zone parking stalls that you can assign to visitors when creating invites in the Sign In Enterprise web portal. This is not included in most standard pricing tiers, so it requires an additional purchase.

Creating a New Parking Lot

Click the + Add stalls button on the right-hand side.

When adding a new stall type, you must enter a name and choose the quantity available. By default, these parking spots are zone-parking and visitors aren't assigned a specific number.

However, you can enable 'Create numbered stalls' to allow your employees to assign visitors a specific number upon invite. If numbered stalls are enabled, you must choose a starting number. Optionally, you can add a prefix and postfix that will amend to the ends of the stall number. For example, if you want the parking stalls to say VIP, employees will see VIP-1, VIP-2, etc. when they are assigning stalls.

When creating an invite in the Sign In Enterprise web portal, any users with invite permissions can assign a parking stall. There must be an end date/time included in the invite. For more information on creating invites, click HERE.

Note: This is NOT available for the Outlook and Gmail integrations.

Once your visitor's basic invite details are filled, select Assign parking stall. Then, select your lot and stall type. If stalls are numbered, you can choose a stall from a numbered picklist, based on availability during this time.
