We recommend the Brother QL-820NWBc printer for optimum support and performance. This printer supports wireless, wired, and bluetooth printing.

Note: Sign In Enterprise has also been tested with the Brother QL-820NWB, QL-810W, QL-710W, QL-720NW, and label printers. However, these are older models and will soon be discontinued from Brother production. Both the QL-810 and QL-820 model printers also support printing in black & red using the DK-2251 paper type.

If you wish to use a color printer, our GuestIO software will allow you to send the print job to a local computer, have it use its installed drivers, and send the print job to any printer that it has access to. Learn more about GuestIO HERE.

We recommend using a continuous label roll, and officially support printing on the DK-2205 for black & white and the DK-2251 for black & red.
