Release Window: 27th November 2025 to 10th March 2026

Updated this week

Highlights

This period has focussed on delivering further advances in cost centre management, continual improvements to the featureset of our Microsoft Graph synchronisation engine, and refinements to the user experience for organisations managing large datasets.

User Cost Centre Tracking

We have integrated a comprehensive cost center tracking system to support complex booking and reporting requirements. This includes:

  • Posting Type Management: Added a new administration page for managing Posting Types (Konteringstyper).

  • Employee Number Integration: User profiles now support an "Employee Number" field, which is fully mappable via Azure AD and Microsoft Graph user imports.

  • Notification Transparency: The assigned cost centre and meeting place are now included in booking confirmation emails to improve clarity for both organisers and catering staff.

Other Features & Enhancements

Performance & Large Datasets

  • Billing Account Performance: Implemented improved logic for Billing Accounts across the application. Improving performance for large organisational requirements. [HDMW-285, HDMW-343]

  • Pagination Correction: Fixed the pagination logic in the Department billing accounts search to ensure accurate navigation to the final pages of large result sets. [HDMW-298]

Booking & Synchronization

  • Multi-Day Booking Retention: Resolved an issue where multi-day "All-Day" events created in Outlook were incorrectly reverting to single-day bookings in Planner. [HDMW-322]

  • Orphaned Meeting Cleanup: Fixed a bug where deleted Exchange meetings remained in Planner due to incorrect user ownership flags assigned during the migration process. [SHI-377]

  • Empty Title Logic: Corrected a behavior where meetings with empty titles triggered unnecessary hourly synchronization updates. [SHI-367]

  • Private Meeting Privacy: Ensured that meetings marked as private in Outlook correctly display as "Private Meeting" across all display types and activity overviews. [HDMW-336]

  • Duplicate Series Notifications: Updated the system to send a single summary email for recurring meetings with conflicting dates rather than individual notifications for every occurrence. [HDMW-258]

Catering & Equipment

  • Restriction Enforcement: Fixed an issue where catering and equipment time restrictions could be bypassed when editing meetings via the Outlook Add-in or Planner Web. [HDMW-245, HDMW-251]

  • Delivery Location Logic: Resolved a bug where the checkout summary would default to "Pick-up at canteen" instead of respecting the user's selected delivery address for reservations without a room. [HDMW-287]

  • Stock Inconsistency: Fixed a bug where catering stock levels were displayed inconsistently between the initial creation and subsequent meeting updates. [HDMW-190]

  • Resource Re-addition: Users can now re-add rooms or equipment to a meeting after removing them during an edit session without encountering conflict errors. [HDMW-248, HDMW-286]

Administrative & API Improvements

  • Resource Status Labels: The resource management UI now features explicit status labels: "Connected to Exchange", "Disconnected from Exchange", and "Waiting for connection" to provide improved real-time feedback. [HDMW-215]

  • API Notification Control: The CreateMeeting and AddBooking APIs now include a sendNotification parameter, giving customer developers control over whether booking emails are triggered. [HDMW-307]

  • Visitor Data Integrity: Resolved an issue where a visitor's company name would incorrectly revert to their email domain name after an Outlook-based update. [HDMW-241]

  • VIP Access Control: Corrected a flaw that allowed global bookers to access VIP rooms for locations where they did not have explicit permissions. [HDMW-293]

  • Contact Person Search: Standardised the contact person lookup to allow searching of all active users. [HDMW-88]
