Seamless Multi-Tenant Booking: Enables users across different Active Directories (such as subsidiaries or partners) to book Planner-only rooms directly via the modern Outlook add-in manifest.
Enhanced Calendar Visibility: The "My Calendar" view now includes an option to display meetings where the user is the designated contact person—even if booked by others—providing a complete overview of all coordinated events.
Synchronization Stability: Addressed urgent issues in the Centaur sync engine, including fixes for double bookings, bookings where the room is added as an attendee, and internal domain recognition for SIS VM integrations.

Outlook Add-in Robustness: Improved the handling of draft bookings to prevent orphaned records and fixed critical UI issues preventing users from accessing mandatory fields or adding attendees.
Booking Experience Enhancements: Expanded character limits for notes in NBE, improved Contact Person search logic, and updated the "Delivered" interface to include fixed delivery options.
Seamless Multi-Tenant Booking with the Modern Outlook Add-in
You can now book Planner-only rooms directly through the modern Microsoft Outlook add-in, even within complex multi-tenant setups.
This update eliminates the need for legacy tools, allowing users across multiple Active Directories—such as subsidiaries, partners, or federated identities—to access Meetings and book Planner rooms smoothly and reliably.

Display Buffer Text: Updated the text displayed on room screens during the 15-minute buffer period from "Service of room" to "Preparation for upcoming meeting" to better reflect the activity. [HDMW-161]
Room Booking Display: Adjusted the default column widths on the Room Booking Display to allocate more space to the Title column (70%) and less to the Room column (23%) to prevent title truncation. [HDMW-93]
Billing Account Selection: Enhanced the Billing Account list to pre-populate accounts connected to the user's valid departments (sorted alphanumerically) immediately after the "Favourites" list. [HDMW-76]
User Creation: Modified the "Create New Account" flow to ensure the location field is empty by default and mandatory, forcing users to explicitly select their location. [HDMW-179]

Recurring Meetings: Fixed a critical issue where adding a recurrence to an existing booking resulted in the cancellation/deletion of the bookings. [HDMW-111]
Recurring Conversion: Fixed an issue where converting a single booking to a recurring one resulted in the loss of the room resource. [SHI-242]
Recurring Data Loss: Fixed an issue where catering and equipment items were missing on recurring bookings when converting from single to recurring. [SHI-284]
Recurring Contact Person: Fixed a bug where the contact person was incorrectly changed to the owner on new recurring bookings after editing. [HDMW-175]
Series Deletion: Fixed an issue where selecting "delete series" only deleted a single instance of the booking. [SHI-279]
Series Deletion 2: Fixed an issue where users could not delete recurring bookings if they were the contact person but not the owner. [HDMW-170]

Sync Deduplication: Fixed a synchronisation bug causing meetings without titles at the same time to merge and incorrectly assign Exchange resources. [SHI-337]
Orphaned Meetings: Removed incorrect meeting removal logic that was causing valid bookings to be deleted during cleanup of orphaned Exchange meetings. [SHI-375]
SIS VM Integration: Fixed an issue where Planner was not triggering SIS VM to invite external attendees due to domain list configuration issues. [SHI-310]
VMS Visits: Fixed an issue where visitor badges/dates were not updated in Planner VMS when the meeting date was moved in Outlook. [HDMW-206]

Report Data: Fixed the "Meeting Receipt" (Delivery Note) report to only include data for the selected date, excluding overlapping multi-day meeting data from previous days. [HDMW-64]

Translation: Corrected the Danish translation for "Delivery Note" back to "Følgeseddel". [HDMW-104]
