New & Noteworthy

Schedule Past Meetings with Confidence
We’ve added a powerful new feature that lets you book meetings in the past — ideal for teams needing retroactive tracking or corrections. Expect more flexibility, without compromising workflow control.

Please contact support if you want to enable this feature, allowing for controlled rollout and testing.

Support for All-Day Bookings
You can now create all-day events in Planner — a highly requested addition! Previously unsupported, this new feature ensures that all-day bookings display accurately without confusing time shifts, even across time zones.

Improvements

Smarter Billing Account Search
Billing account search and favorites filtering are now personalized — based on the individual user rather than departments. Plus, alphabetical sorting now properly handles Danish characters for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.

Consistent Secretary Filtering
Secretary filtering in the current booking experience as well as the new booking experience behaves consistently, ensuring a predictable and unified experience.

Simplified VSTO Add-in Deployment
To streamline updates and reduce confusion, we’ve removed the 32-bit installation option for the Planner VSTO add-in as well as updated the codebase to .NET 4.8, providing better performance, improved security, and continued support for modern Windows features.

Improved Contact Search
We fixed an issue that previously limited contact person results in the new booking flow. You’ll now see all relevant users, not just the first ten.

Fixes & Stability

Equipment Visibility Restored
Missing info buttons for equipment resources in the Scheduling Assistant are back, giving users the clarity they need when selecting resources.

SSO Login Errors Fixed
Users logging in via single sign-on (SSO) should no longer encounter intermittent access issues. Smoother, secure logins are now the standard.

Host Filtering on Visitor Page Fixed
The host filter on the VMS visitor page now correctly respects your organization’s configuration — no more mismatches.

Updated Email Authentication
In line with Microsoft’s security updates, we’ve removed legacy SMTP settings that depended on Basic Authentication. This change future-proofs your environment and aligns with modern email standards.
