If you forgot your password and can't log in, refer to this help article on how to reset your password.
Changing your password is easy. Just log into ThreatSwitch and follow these steps.
First, open the "Profile" icon located on the bottom left of the navigation bar and select "My Profile"
Once in your profile dashboard, click on "Change Password."
In the popup, enter in your new (strong) password and type it again to confirm.
We strongly recommend that you use a tool like LastPass that generates a strong password for you.
Click on "Save", and you're done!
