  • Custom help page: Use this to link to a website or an intranet page where users can find relevant guides. If you don’t enter data here, the users will be guided to Pronestor’s generic guides.

  • Contact person: Use this to enter contact information for Support staff familiar with your Pronestor solutions. Please note that the first line for Support information covers all locations. You can add additional support information specifically for each location.

  • Editing contact person: Click the pencil in Actions to edit a contact person or department. You can also click New to create additional contact persons or departments.

  • Information for the department: In Name, enter the name of the department to help users find the right department. In email and telephone, enter the contact information for the department. In the box beneath Locations, simply click or type the name of the relevant location. Click All if this is to apply to all locations. Click ‘Save’.

  • Location-specific information: When users from the location Copenhagen open ”Help” in the solution, they will see the relevant information.
