Setting up Workspace solution with Azure AD
Immediate action: Connect your Workspace solution to your AD to import users and enable single-sign-on.
Manual user handling: If you prefer manual user management, follow these steps:
Select Settings in the top menu
Choose Azure Active Directory
Ensure single-sign-on is activated by connecting your Azure AD
Go to https://my.pronestorworkspace.com and enable "Administrator consent granted" when prompted
Select your profile in the top right corner
Choose Go to administration
Select Settings
Select Azure Active directory
Follow the instructions provided
Setting user groups in Workspace
Choose group of users to be administrators in Workspace
Choose group of users who are bookers
!! Note: The group must contain users, and not another group of users.
Select Save
Select “synchronize users and groups”
Automating user maintenance
Your users will now be maintained from your AD. The solution will automatically update users every night at 00:00 CET.
