To help speed up the QR code scanning process at the kiosk, you can add an Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet button within your email templates. This allows your visitors to save their QR code on their specific devices which saves them from having to take screenshots or search through their emails upon arrival.

To view our Campus video walkthrough on Add-To-Wallet, click HERE.

If you are not already familiar with configuring email templates, check out our knowledge article and Campus Courses through these links:

Ensure you have a QR code block added to your email template. Most commonly, this use-case will be used for Registration Email templates, but it can be applied to any of our QR Code block types.

Select the QR block in the email template editor. In the properties panel on the left, toggle on Add to Wallet. You will see the example buttons appear below the QR code sample. This is where the buttons will appear in the visitor's email.

Once your visitor receives the email, they can simply follow the add to wallet steps for their device.

Adding Your Branding

Additionally, you can add your logo and change the background color that is visible after the QR code has been added to the wallet. This is controlled from the Preferences section of the admin account:

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your account.
2. Select Preferences
3. Scroll down to the System Email Settings section.
4. Choose your colour. You can use the colour slider or type in an exact hex code.
5. Toggle on the Enable Logo button. Then, click Upload Logo to choose an image file from your computer.

Note: We recommend PNG logos as they typically come with a transparent background.
