We are still monitorizing the decreasing numbers of ISE500 and throttles. The amount of these errors appearing is still very low, so we are continuously working on getting to a solid stage of our environment.

We have seen a decrease of both ISE500 and throttles since last week. Some of this is because Microsoft have fixed some issues on their side, combined with some of the changes we made on our side.
We see some changes to how subscriptions are initiated and how servers affinity is handled. We have also introduced locks to make the code more threadsafe.

We have investigated the failing requests and we are now able to reproduce the failing requests in a small test application. We have double checked the documentation, and we are doing it according to the documentation.
We have a support request raised with Microsoft, unfortunately, we don't have an estimate due to the communication with the support staff at their end.

Unfortunately, we still see a challenge with throttling. Luckily, we seem to have solved the challenge with crashes of the syncing service. The result have minimized the throttling outage, cause we see less of these events in the log.

We currently see a certain group of customers who are being throttled by Microsoft 365 in their Exchange Integration with Planner. The result of this is that Planner is unable to reflect changes made in Exchange onto Planner. We are currently investigating how to address this, so we can get the integration online again.

Update : we are still looking into the Exchange synch issues
Customers with an Exchange integration would not syncronize every meeting in Planner.
This means changes made in Exchange would not be reflected in Planner.
We are working on solving the issue.
