There are no problems with booking on behalf of another person. However, done in a shared calendar does not behave in the same way. This mean that you stands as the owner of the meeting you made in the shared calendar. Until you unable the check mark for the feature Turn on shared calendar improvements.

  • Go to File and under the Info tab on the left of your screen you will find Account Information

  • Click on Account Settings- Thereafter click under click on Account Settings... and a popup will appear

  • Click on Change... and a popup with Exchange Account Settings will appear

  • Click on More Settings and a popup with Microsoft Exhange will appear

  • Click on the Advanced tab and unable Turn on shared calendar improvements

  • Remeber to click Apply and click OK

  • Now you're all done and have successfully solved the issue
