The Reporting & Analytics feature allows you to view dashboards and reports that contain insights on your visitor data. All clients with Reporting & Analytics enabled in their account will be able to view our legacy report. For more details on the legacy report, check out THIS section below.

If you've purchased the additional analytics package, you will be able to see the more advanced visitor dashboards. For more details on viewing and scheduling those dashboards, see THIS section below.

Enabling Reporting and Analytics in Your Account

After purchasing Reporting and Analytics, ensure that your user has reports enabled in your Permission Bundle. This includes Show and Download Report.

Reporting & Analytics Dashboards

To access the dashboard, click the sliced circle icon

near the top of the left navigation bar. If you have not purchased the Reporting & Analytics package, you will only see legacy All sign-ins Report. For more information, see THIS section below.

If you have purchased the package, you will see a number of default dashboards. Most dashboards will be visible after clicking the Recent visitors tab.

After your dashboards load, you can view exact data points by hovering your mouse over specific areas of the charts. Additionally, you can click on the specific field labels below each chart to add or remove them to the visualization.

  • Total number of sign-ins

  • Total number of sign-outs

Below these summaries is a bar graph which shows total sign-ins per day within your specified date range followed by a detailed list of visitors who have signed-in within your date and location filters.
