If you'd like your guests to sign a document without having them sign it again every time they sign in, you have been able to skip the document if they sign in again. In Guest, you can ask your guest to re-sign the document after a set amount of time in days, months, or years - allowing you to keep your signatures up to date as often as you'd like.

In the Experience Editor's DocuSign page, you can configure a timed expiry of your guest's signature. After this period of time they will be asked to sign again.

If "Skip if previously signed" is enabled a signed document will be skipped over if the guest has already signed it.

But if you wish for a guest to have to resign a document after a certain amount of time has passed, you can enable "Document Expiry" and set a custom duration that a document will be skipped for until requiring to be signed again.

If a document is ever altered in DocuSign or replaced within the Experience Editor, it will be seen as a new document and all guests will be asked to be signed again regardless of their previous signatures.
