Facilities/Security

Traction Guest provides your Facilities and Security stakeholders with the ability to track visitors to your locations, capture their photo, and have them sign a non-disclosure agreement. Traction Guest will store this information for future reference, and will then notify your hosts via several channels that their guest has arrived. If this is handled by another person at your company, you may need to consult with them for copies of your NDA and get their input on your guest's experience from their perspective.

IT

Your IT resources will be involved in the initial setup of Traction Guest, working with our Customer Success team to configure automated host uploads from various systems. They will also be involved with setting up your iPads for the front desk. You may need to consult with someone for access to accounts for integration and for hardware acquisition/setup.

Marketing

Your marketing team may have input on branding and may wish to use Guest for other use cases (like Events), so you may want to keep them in the loop. Marketing may need to provide you with images and colors to use to create the look and feel of Guest.

Sales/HR

Your Sales and HR stakeholders will be your most frequent hosts, so it is important that they learn about the notifications available from Traction Guest via e-mail, SMS, and Slack. If your company uses Salesforce, your Sales stakeholders will want to learn how visits are logged in your Salesforce org for reporting purposes. These stakeholders may also want to have some input on the look and feel of the iPad app through Themes and Experience, which determines what your visitors see during the sign in process.

Front Desk

Finally, your Front Desk stakeholders will need to learn how to use the back end of Traction Guest for manual sign ins and sign outs, administering and modifying details of your hosts/employees in the system, and viewing information about visitors.
