If you would like to offer visitors a beverage and/or food on arrival, you can do so by adding this as a visitor field.
From the SwipedOn Web Dashboard, go to Visitor Settings > Fields and add a new Multi-choice field
Populate the field with a suitable title and options
If required, add a text field for additional requests
These fields will now show as questions when a visitor signs in
To ensure someone is notified with the order details, enable 'Include all visitor responses in host notification email'. This can be found under Visitor Settings > Advanced Settings.
The host will receive their responses via an email.
