Include 'Open meeting' button in emails
Determines if the notifications will include a link to the specific meeting.
If the users click it, it opens the meeting in Planner in the browser and not through Outlook.
Emails will come via our SMTP server - with an email coming from "@notification-eu.pronestor.com"
Troubleshooting
If no emails are coming from Planner, use the following option for debugging:
In ‘Activate mail logging’:
You can activate a log of the sent notifications from the solution.
This log can be accessed by Pronestor staff (cloud) or an employee with access to the webserver (on-premise).
Limit Who Can Create Their Own User Accounts
If you have enabled users to create their user accounts, you can limit this by only allowing users from specific domains.
!! The option for letting users create accounts is by default disabled. It can be enabled in Other Settings
How to add/remove approved email domains:
Remove the "@." which would allow any email domain
Add the email domains allowed
Custom Text in Booking Notifications
When users receives email notifications regarding their booking, a custom text can be added to the footer of the email.
!! Important: Changes here will apply to all notification emails sent. The text will appear at the bottom of the notifications.
Enter the text in the "Add custom text..." field
Click save
