How do I complete a Form as an Employee?

In Compliance, one of the most popular features as an employee is the ability to review, sign and send a form electronically back to your Security Manager. The steps below outline what you need to do as an employee to complete this assignment.

  1. You will receive an email with the subject: "You've been asked to Complete a Form". Your next course of action is to click the View Form button.

2. This will direct you to the Forms section within the Compliance admin site at https://app.threatswitch.com/login.

Note: If you are not accessing your forms from the email notification, you can do so from your account by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner. Then, click Forms.


2. Once you have successfully logged in, your Forms section will show all forms assigned to you. Click the form that needs to be completed.

3. Click Sign Form in the top-right corner.


4. The form will load for you to read and review. Click Get Started in the top-right corner to begin the process.

  • For any text fields, simply click on the field within the form and type in your answers.

  • For signature fields, click the Signature box, then draw your signature in the pop-up box.


5. After completing the required fields, click Continue in the top-right corner. Then, click I agree.


6. You will see a page that says "Thanks for submitting your document!". Click Close to complete the process.
