In Compliance, you have the ability to add as many Contracts as needed and associate them with the appropriate cleared personnel:

  1. Log into your Compliance account and select the Administration icon.

  2. Select Contracts

  3. Click the + Add Contract in the top-right corner. You can also view and update any existing contracts.

  4. Complete the required fields in order to successfully create a contract.

    1. Name and Number are required fields.

  5. Click Save.

Once you have the contract in your account, the next steps will be adding the correct cleared personnel to the contract.

  1. Select the Contract you need to add the cleared personnel to.

  2. In the Contract, select the Personnel tab near the top of the page.

  3. Click Assign Personnel on the right. You can also remove people from the contract by selecting the associate(s) and clicking 'Unassign'

  4. Once you select 'Add Personnel' you have multiple ways to add people to the contract: Searching by name, using a filter, or simply selecting one-by-one.

  5. Click Save to complete the process.

Note: Assigning contracts here vs. in the People module

You may have already associated a contract with a person's access record in the People module (People > Select A User > Access/Eligibility > Add an Access ). Personnel added through that method will not automatically appear in this screen in the Contracts section.

These are two separate functions:

  • Access/Eligibility contract association documents which contract supports a person's clearance. It's for eligibility tracking.

  • Contract Personnel assignment (this screen) manages who is actively staffed to work on the contract.

If you need a person reflected in both places, you'll need to complete both steps. They don't sync automatically because someone may hold a clearance tied to a contract without being actively assigned to it, or vice versa.
