  1. Log into Compliance using your username and password and proceed to the left side panel. Select Travel.

  2. You can review any existing report from this page. To create a new Travel request, click the + Submit Travel button in the top-right corner.

3. The next few steps will take you to different pages requesting information about their upcoming travel. Select the employee from the drop-down list of users within your account. All mandatory fields include:

  • Who is traveling

  • Purpose of travel

  • Departure and return dates

  • Emergency contact details

  • Will traveller be meeting with any foreign nationals? Yes or No.

Submitting an Itinerary

Once you submit the initial travel information, you will then be asked to provide additional information about the trip itinerary, including lodging and transportation details. You can select between these items:

  • Flight

  • Rail

  • Car

  • Boat

  • Lodging

Click any of those items to build the itinerary. You can add more than one item.

Each item has different requirements. For example, the screenshot below shows the Flight requirements which asks more mandatory fields such as Airline name, departure and arrival dates, and departure and arrival cities:

By contrast, Lodging, only requires Lodging type, check-in and out dates, and lodging address and name:

Click the Next Step button in the top-corner when you are done adding the itinerary.
