How can I assign multiple Facilities/CAGE codes to an Employee?

Compliance allows you to associate employees with multiple Facilities/CAGE Codes. There are two avenues you can take when adding an additional facility to an employee:

  • Directly from an Employee's Profile in the People Section

  • From the Administration > Facilities section.

This article covers both methods.

Adding a Facility from the People Section.

  1. Log into your account and select the People icon in the left side panel.

  2. Select the employee you'd like to assign a facility.

  3. Click Facilities from the left menu items.

  4. Click the + Assign Facility button.

  5. You now have the ability to add and remove any number of Facilities that the Cage Codes the employee is associated with - there is no limit.

  6. Click Save.

Adding from the Administration > Facilities Section

To add personnel to your facility from the Administration section:

1. Click the Administration icon in the left side panel.

2. Click Facilities and select the facility you'd like to edit. You can filter or search for it at the top of the page.


3. Select the the Personnel tab.

4. Click + Add Personnel

3. Search for a specific user or use the filters to limit down the personnel list.

4. Once you've found the correct users(s), select the checkbox to the left of their name. You can select more than one to assign personnel in bulk.

5. Click Save to complete the process.
