As a Security Admin you may be required to provide employees certain industry standard files or company wide documents. Compliance makes this easy for you to accomplish in the platform with a few simple steps using the company 'Document' feature.

A few examples are:

  • Files that require an ink signature: DD441 and 312

  • Company Policies

Steps:

  1. Log into Compliance as a Administrator or Security Manager.

  2. Select Administration located in the left navigation bar.

  3. Click Files.

  4. Click the + Add a File button to create a new file. Alternatively, to edit an existing document, hover your mouse over its name, then click Actions > Edit.

5. Upload a file from your computer and enter these fields:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Facility CAGE Codes (chosen from a dropdown list of existing Facilities in your account)

6. Optionally, toggle on the setting which Allows users with the 'employee' role to view this document.

  • The Employee Role is the standard permission with the lowest amount of account access. It will likely be given to the majority of the users in your account.
