To access the feature, open any page from your Compliance account. The quickest way is from our main login page: https://app.threatswitch.com/login.
Note: ThreatSwitch was the previous name of the product and is currently still in use in certain areas of the platform.
The chat feature will be located in the lower, right-hand corner of the page. All you need to do is Click the green icon > Messages > Send us a message.
Type a question to be brought to the AI agent. If it is unable to answer, click Talk to a person to be connected with our support team. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
