When processing Pre-Travel reports from employees, you may need to capture additional information in a document. This can range from pre-travel briefings, questionnaires, additional security information based on the contract the employee is working on. Compliance allows you to capture this information through the Digital Forms feature.
You must first upload a digital form into your account. From there, follow the steps outlined below:
Log into Compliance and click the Travel icon in the left side panel.
Click Settings.
3. Under the Forms section, click Add Travel Form.
4. Select your form from the dropdown list. To make it required, click Require Form.
5. Click Save to complete the process.
Now, when users submit travel, they will be prompted to complete the form after finishing their Itinerary. It will look similar to the below screenshot:
The more you know! As an Admin you have the ability to view and download the forms that are submitted during the Travel process. Simply open the foreign travel report that was completed by the employee and click the download button under the Completed Forms section.
