When classified assets move around, security teams have an obligation to carefully follow industrial security guidelines, which include generating cover letters, tracking the document, and ensuring that it was received.
Compliance enables security teams to automatically generate a transfer receipt for selections of assets. This feature is available for the following roles:
Administrators
Security Managers
To generate a new receipt for your assets
Click the Administration icon in the left side panel. Then, click Assets.
Mark the checkbox for each asset you would like to transfer.
Select the Transfer button in the action menu along the top.
Complete the cover letter information, including the required fields: From Facility, To Facility, and Send Date.
Click Save.
To View and Print an Existing Transfer Receipt
Click the Administration icon in the left side panel. Then, click Assets.
Click on an asset that has been transferred to view its detail page.
Navigate to the Receipts tab.
To print an existing receipt, click View Printable Receipt.
On the receipt page, click Print in the top-left corner.
