Solution:

Login to the Planner account with the Admin credentials. Navigate to ‘Resources’ and take actions due to these options:

  1. Is to add a new resource

  2. Is to remove/delete an existing resource*

  3. Is to edit an existing resource

  4. Removing/deleting a resource is definitely NOT the work we should be doing for our customers. The ‘Steps to Solve’-flow will be focusing on deletion, but this is to understand what we should explain to the customer.

Steps to Solve:

  1. Starting in the admin Portal and searching for the customer’s sitename and clicking the sitename. https://portal.pronestor.com/

  2. Click ‘Create login’ and copy the password.

  3. Click ‘Go to Site’ and type ‘admin’ as the username and paste in the password in the password field.

  4. Navigate to ‘Administration’ in the top right hand side of the screen and click to get the dropdown menu shown.

  5. Click ‘Resources’.

  6. In the left side menu, you can find the certain resource category.

  7. If you navigate to the top right corner of the screen you can delete the category, else,

  8. After clicking the resource category, you can find a certain resource.

  9. If you navigate to the ‘Trash-can-icon’ right next to the resource, then click it and click ‘Delete’ once more.

  10. If this error message appears:

<a href="https://tractionguest.file.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00D3i000000F2GJ&amp;ids=068OG00000BjNtb&amp;d=%2Fa%2FOG000002pHNR%2Frw_i3pdAUgYqY4idfcrV0Be.kiuXcOJIp2T9Qon3ZMg&amp;asPdf=false" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://tractionguest.file.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download/?oid=00D3i000000F2GJ&amp;ids=068OG00000BjNtb&amp;d=%2Fa%2FOG000002pHNR%2Frw_i3pdAUgYqY4idfcrV0Be.kiuXcOJIp2T9Qon3ZMg&amp;asPdf=false</a>
  • Then delete every resource linked to the category. After this action, remove the resource category from the resource filter in ‘Reports’.
