Many temporary issues can be cleared by performing a hard refresh. This is the first thing you should try when encountering any problem or error.


How to perform a hard refresh

To perform a hard refresh using keyboard shortcuts:

  • On a Mac, press command + shift + R

  • On Windows, press ctrl + F5

You can also perform a hard refresh by clicking the refresh button within your web browser.

In most browsers, this will look like a circular arrow and can be found at the top of the screen, usually next to the search bar or within it:

Sometimes, more than one refresh might be needed to clear the issue.
