I’ve forgotten my password. Now what?

To reset a lost or forgotten password, all you have to do is click on ‘Forgot Password?’ on the login screen at app.threatswitch.com.

If you are able to log in and just want to change your current password, check out this help article instead.

  1. Click the Forgot Password Button near the bottom of the screen.

  2. Enter your email address if prompted. Otherwise, you will automatically be emailed a confirmation code.


  3. Copy the code into the submission window, then click Submit Code.


  4. Enter your new password that follows this criteria:

    • Longer than 8 characters

    • Unique to Compliance

    • Hard for a stranger to guess


That's it! You're all done and can proceed with login utilizing your new password!
