I want to resend a Welcome email. How do I accomplish this?

As a Security Manager in Compliance, one of the most important tasks is getting the employees to successfully log into the platform. The main roadblock you can encounter after you add your cleared employees into the directory is the delivery of the Welcome Email.

If an employee states they did not receive their initial Welcome Email (or you chose not to send one), there is no reason to fret! Compliance has the ability to manually Send Welcome Email. Follow the steps below in order to ensure your employee is able to access the platform.

  1. Proceed to the 'People' section located on the left hand panel

  2. From there, use the search bar to locate the employee

  3. Lastly, click the checkbox to the left of the user's name. At the top of the table, click Send Welcome Email > Save

Note: You can select multiple users at once to send a bulk email.

Identifying Users Who Haven't Logged In

To quickly identify a group of users who have yet to log in, all you need to do is use our 'filter' tool:

  1. Click the 'Filter Results' button next to the search bar.

  2. Select User Logged In > No

  3. The next steps are identical to what is listed above. You can select specific users or you can select the entire population. Once identified select 'Send Welcome Email'.
