Submitting a Visit Request to your Security Manager has previously been a time consuming process that required multiple steps and different lines of communication. Compliance has simplified this process to allow for you as an Employee to submit this information to your Security Manager.
The moment you know that you need to submit a VR, all you need to do is log into your account and complete the designated form.. Review the steps below to learn how to complete this process:
Log into Compliance and open the Visits module.
Click + Add a Visit Request in the top-right corner.
Fill out the required information to initiate the Visit Request. The required fields are
Clearance Level
Meeting POC Name and Phone
Reason for Visit
Start Date, End Date
From and To CAGE/SMO Chode
Outgoing Visitor(s)
The other fields are optional but are helpful to include.
Note: If you are travelling with multiple co-workers, you can select additional users in the Outgoing Visitor(s) section
4. Click Save to complete the process. Your Security Manager will review and provide you with the next steps.
Fun Fact! Once the status of the Visit Request changes, you will receive an automated email notification.
