What is the purpose of 'My Facilities'?

Within your profile, you can view your assigned facilities in the My Facilities page. To access it:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner. Select Profile.

  2. Click Facilities in the left menu bar.

This section identifies the Facilities/CAGE Codes you belong to and/or the location where you work. Users can be assigned to different facilities based on location, CAGE Code, or their Security Manager.

As an employee, you could be assigned to one or multiple facilities. Each facility has a dedicated Security Manager or team that is responsible for their personnel. The Security Manager will receive a notification for any items you submit in Compliance. They will then take the appropriate next steps.

If you believe there is incorrect information, please reach out to your Security Team to have them verify the facilities you should be assigned to.
