Trouble Logging In
If you find you cannot log in, please make sure in the first instance you are using the correct portal.
The application by default is located here: https://app.scrtracker.com/
If you are part of a Federation using Single-Sign-On, you may have your own unique URL. Please speak to your Administrator to confirm what this is.
Resetting your Password
If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reset from the login page by clicking Reset Password:
You will be asked to enter your email address and we will send a password reset link email to you.
You should receive this email with a couple of minutes, if it does not arrive please check your spam folder and also make sure that you have entered the correct email into the box in the previous step.
If you still don't receive the email then you can contact us for further support.
Once you receive the email, click the button in the email to be taken to a page to set a new password. You should now be able to log in with your new details.
Changing your Email Address
If you need to change your email address, you can do so via Settings > Preferences.
Warning: If you have SSO set up on your account and need to change your email address, please contact [email protected]
Step 1: Type in your new email and then click Save. You will receive a verification email to your existing login email address to verify the email change.
Step 2: Head to your emails to verify your email address change. If you can't find the email, please check your junk/spam folder or search [email protected]
Click Confirm email change to verify the request:
Once confirmed you will see the below approval advising that your email update was successful:
That's it! You can now log in using your new email address. If you have multi-factor authentication set up (MFA) you will need to update your email address in your authenticator as well. For more information about MFA and resetting this when needed, please see this guide.
