Setting Permissions on Pronestor Planner

For Pronestor Display to read and update bookings in Pronestor Planner the following three things needs to be in order:

  • A service account on Pronestor Planner must be available

  • The account must have facility manager permissions on the rooms in Pronestor Planner

  • The account must have a default billing account and meeting type set
    (if the billing account that is used, requires a billing account note then such must also be set for the user account.
    If the meeting type that is used, requires a reservation type note then such must also be set for the user account)
